Butterflies in Our Classroom

Room 23 have been caring for their Monarch Butterflies this term. They watered their
Swan plant everyday and cleared away the dead leaves.

They watched eagerly as the fat caterpillars got fatter
and turned into chrysalis.

Finally, a butterfly emerged from its sleeping place as
the children watched in excited anticipation.

As the butterfly dries its wings, the children wait to let it go
and help the other caterpillars get ready to make their chrysalis.
