Room 15 Learn How to Construct a Gecko

The Juniors have been doing construction for art this term, so we decided to make some geckos.

First we had to draw a gecko onto cardboard and cut it out. Then we had to cover it with paper mache.

Next to make it look nice and smooth, we covered it with plaster. After the plaster had dried we painted both sides black.

Then using some cotton buds and three different colours of paint, we covered our gecko in dots. We think they look amazing, what do you think?
