Room 14 go to the Auckland Zoo

Today Sain and Gabriel went to the zoo with their class. Their 'parent helper' was Mr McMillan. One of the first things they got to do was feed the Lorikeets. They were very hungry and were quite happy to sit and eat from the hands of Sain and Gabriel. The food they were eating was a sweet milky mixture.

A visit to Butterfly Creek

On Tuesday I went to the Butterfly Creek with Room 21. I enjoyed going to the farm and I saw a rabbit and a dog. I enjoyed patting the dog and rabbit. I learnt that some butterflies are poisonous and that butterflies cover their wings to make themselves warm.

My baby sister

My new born baby sister came to school today. Her name is HoneyMajesty Grant. My teacher said to the students in my class can ask some questions to my mum, like when the baby was born? My teacher (Whaea Elaine) took a picture of me and my sister together and some more questions were asked and my mum answered them all.
And that was all about my sister...
